Cindy is the Director of Payroll Operations at WorldLink. She continually likes to think outside the box, taking a fresh perspective while focusing on customer service excellence and process flow improvements. She brings over 20 plus years of experience in Human Resources, specializing in US and Canadian Payroll Operations, Onboarding, Compliance, and Project & People Management. Prior to WorldLink, she was the Director of Payroll and HRIS for Corner Bakery Café & IL Fornaio America restaurants. She spent over 17 years in the consumer packaged goods industry with CROSSMARK, leading payroll and onboarding operations thru many changes including system implementations and upgrades.

In her spare time, she enjoys volunteering with her neighborhood homeowner’s association, doing hospitality and social events, as well as spending time with her husband, nephew and niece working on DIY house projects, rooting on the St. Louis Cardinals and playing card games. She is a member of Dallas APA Chapter and SHRM.
