Executive Vice President of Strategic Operations

Meghan is the driving force behind the client-facing team that specializes in superior client service, support, and growth. Meghan has spent 17+ years managing people and programs with an emphasis on client service, retention, and development. Her extensive background includes a proven track record of effectively leading multi-site, nationwide programs and teams. In her role, Meghan combines operational expertise with a consultative approach across the functions of business development, human resources, employee relations, and talent acquisition. Prior to WorldLink, Meghan held managerial roles within Higher Education while leading Student Affairs.

When not ensuring the success of her client partners, Meghan participates in charitable events throughout the year surrounding the American Cancer Society and Leukemia Lymphoma Society.
